I don't usually leave reviews, but after my experience today I honestly felt like I had to. Jacob gave me some of the best customer service I've ever experienced at any restaurant. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a huge smile, made me feel welcome, and had such a positive attitude that it genuinely made my day better. It's rare to meet someone who clearly enjoys helping people, but Jacob is one of those people. What impressed me the most was how knowledgeable he was. I had several questions about the menu, the different meats, sauces, portion sizes, and what combinations he recommended. He didn't hesitate for a second. He knew every answer, explained everything clearly, and even gave thoughtful recommendations based on what I was looking for instead of just trying to rush me through the line. You can tell he actually knows the menu inside and out and genuinely cares that every customer leaves happy. Even while the restaurant was busy, he stayed calm, friendly, and upbeat. I watched him treat every customer with the same respect and enthusiasm that he gave me. He wasn't just doing his job—he was creating a great experience for everyone who walked through the door.

We came to try this place because we heard wonderful things about it. Upon walking in, I almost slipped on The dirt filled floor. The young gentleman that was taking our order was more concerned with the conversation that was going through his headset than he was about answering questions regarding their food as this was our first time here. The portion size is very generous. My husband got the protein plate which included two healthy portions of their steamed vegetables. I got the mini plate which also included a side of the steamed vegetables. Right after we sat down, one of the employees came over to us and said that there was a mixup while seasoning the vegetables, and boy was she right they were so extremely salty. She insured us that she would be bringing us replacement vegetables within four minutes. It’s been about 15 minutes later and we have not received our vegetables. The overly salty seasoning covered our rice and chicken. So the food wasn’t good at all. We literally just now got our vegetables, but unfortunately, we already finished our meal. Overly breaded shrimp. I appreciate the ability to order the mini portion, but it is priced a bit high. I didn’t taste much flavor on the meal, but it’s solid.

This is the stingiest Mo Bettah location I’ve ever been to. This is the amount of meat they give in a regular plate. Almost $15 for one chopstick helping of pork. Definitely will never come back to this location.

This is one of the good spots for Hawaii style foods in the McKinney/Allen metroplexs. Come by and enjoy the good food here. They gave big portion for reasonable price. Good service and menu are easy to read. Highly for kaisu chicken and grilled steak with their signature teriyaki sauce.
